Wet Junk is a sort of open journal. When I feel like writing something intelligent or unintelligent, something creative, something funny, or whenever I see a YouTube video that makes me write one of those big comments (am I the only one?), I write about it here. I have a hyper fixation for TTRPGs like D&D and I like to comment on it, push alternatives to D&D, or create my own TTRPGs. I like other nerdy things like video games and anime, but I don't have the time for that these days because I am also training myself to be a writer and I am writing creatively 2-4 hours a day (in addition to my full-time job). This has given me a new perspective on the craft of writing, on storytelling and art. Sometimes I make jokes. I'm also kind of verbose; it's yet to be seen if that's a problem.
In this way, Wet Junk is also a time capsule of myself. I wouldn't trust everything I said ten years ago though.
Why is it called Wet Junk? Well, I have this idea for a story and it's called Wet Junk. The story is named after an old, junky amphibious airplane named Wet Junk but it's not necessarily about the plane. We'll leave it at that for now. Besides that, Wet Junk is a very unique name and so you won't confuse it with much, I think, and it's a memorable name.
